    With over 20 years in senior executive roles at leading global consulting firms, Russell founded Luminary in 2019 to provide leadership advisory services to Queensland's most respected organisations.

  • Megan Mailman - Managing Partner, HR Advisory

    Megan has over 20 years' HR and industrial relations experience, having worked in both public and private organisations. She specialises in organisational design, human resources capability, creating culture, leadership development and coaching, and high performance.

    Jane's career has seen her work for tier-one international, boutique, and in-house talent teams, where she has led client engagement functions and delivery teams. She has worked across all industry sectors and role levels, supporting assignments from emerging leaders to the C-suite and board.

    Having worked in senior partnerships, client engagement, and strategy roles in banking and superannuation, Kendall leads the customer experience team, including quality assurance, continuous improvement, marketing and events, and is responsible for expanding our partnership network.
